Welcome to this beautiful apartment for 2 people and 2 extra places, located in a privileged town of Estellencs. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the fully equipped balcony with magnificent mountain views. The apartment of 55m2 is located on a 1st floor without elevator. The spacious living room is very welcoming. It features one sofa, 1 table, TV-Sat and air conditioning. The kitchen with induction cooker, in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils. The kitchen bar serves as the dining area. It has one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a bathtub. One cot and a high chair are available on request. The 2 extra places are accommodated in the sofa bed in the living room. The laundry, with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and dryer, is shared with two more apartments in the same building. Estellencs is a charming little town, located in Sierra de Tramuntana. It has only 384 inhabitants, and offers the charm of authentic Mallorca. You will find local shops, banks, pharmacy, etc. For bigger purchases, we recommend you travel 18 km to Andratx. Cala Estellencs is a small unspoilt, practically uninhabited cove. If you love hiking and excursions, you can visit "The Salt des Putxet", "Es Penyal Llarg Son". Also trails as "Cas Can Pruaga" and "Cas Xeremier" are ideal for walkers and hikers. If you are looking for tranquility and a paradisiacal place, feel free to visit this town and those around him. Palma, with its tourist attractions, is only 30 minutes drive. Note: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use.
