This is a modern and cosy apartment for 4 people situated close to the sea, in Son Bieló / Llucmajor, an excellent area for vacation. This apartment is ideal for families or friends who are looking for an accommodation close to the sea. There are two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Both have access to the furnished terrace. Furthermore, the twin bedroom has an en suite lavatory. There is also a bathroom with shower. Kitchen, dining and living room share the same space. You can rest on the sofa after a beach day, watch satellite TV, eat together or surf on the internet (WIFI). The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils: blender, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc. The living room has access to a furnished terrace where you can make a barbecue or enjoy a romantic evening. There is another big furnished terrace where you can sunbathe and relax. The apartment is air-conditioned and is perfect for the summer and the winter. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please note that pets are not allowed. The house is located in a quiet area close to the touristic towns S'Estanyol and Sa Rapita, where you will find all necessary amenities for your holidays. The capital Palma offers various historic and cultural sightseeing places and is worth being visited. Don’t miss the lovely beaches of the area! You can walk to S'Estallella with its magnificent bay with views to Cabrera Island, or go to Es Trenc beach, one of the most famous places of Mallorca. From Colonia de Sant Jordi you can make a boat excursion to the Cabrera Archipelago National Park. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting.
