Welcome to this lovely apartment for 4 guests with magnificent sea views in Plamanova This lovely apartment is located in the building with a direct beach access and features a fully equipped glass terrace with magnificent sea views. The 70m2-sized apartment is situated on the 9th floor in the building with elevator and features 2 bedrroms (a double and a twin). A crib and a baby chair can be provided upon request. There is one bathroom with a shower. A cozy living-dining room is a perfect place to rest on one of two sofas to contemplate enjoying sea views or watch satellite TV. The room is aired by the fan installed on the ceiling. A fully-fitted kitchen shares the same room and has a gas plate. Here you will find all the necessary kitchenware needed to cook delicious meals. There also a washing machine and an iron with an ironing board. Palmanova is a touristic area with all the amenities which belongs to Calvia. In 20 minutes by car you reach Palma capital which is worth being visited. Palma's old town is famous for its cobbled streets, decorated patios, the cathedral La Seu, the Baluard-Museum for Modern Arts, the Almudaina-Palace and the Bellver-Castle with panoramic views over the bay. Palma is also a must for those who like shopping or going out at night. You can enjoy a long walk along the Paseo Marítimo, past luxury yachts. By car you can reach lovely beaches and coves of the nearest towns like Espolres and Valldemossa. For water lovers there are water parks like Aqualand and Westernpark. A visit of the Palma Aquarium is a perfect option to spend a day with your kids. NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
