This nice apartment with sea views is in Es Barcares, in the north of Alcúdia and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The apartment has 120 m2 and it is ideal for families or little groups of friends. There are 2 bedrooms, one of them with 2 twin beds and the other is fitted with 1 double bed. There is a bathroom with shower. There is no AC at the apartment but we can provide you with fans if you need them – please, ask! The apartment is on the first floor and it has neighbours. You can enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the 25 m2 terrace which is furnished with a table and 6 chairs. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can relax watching satellite TV. The dining room is furnished with a table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, toaster, blender, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and a lot more. There is washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed. The location of the house is perfect because you will be by the sea and have fantastic views and you will have everything you need just 5 minutes drive. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find supermarkets and lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre. Close by there are other beaches that are worth to visit: Formentor, Manresa, Alcanada, Platja d’Alcúdia or Cala Sant Vicenç. Pollença is a lovely town nearby which you would love to visit. Don’t forget to climb the 365 steps to El Calvari from where you will be able to enjoy fantastic views to the bay.
