Welcome! This is a beautiful and luxurious villa located in fantastic viewpoint. It is modern, comfortable and surrounded by a stunning landscape which will make your holiday an unforgettable experience! The house is at the top of a hill so you can enjoy spectacular views from anywhere. From the house you will be able to see a panoramic view to the Serra de Tramuntana that was recently awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO as an area of great Physical and Cultural significance. Moreover, you will see little mountain villages and the sea as background image. It is a one storey house and a garage on the ground. It has four spacious bedrooms, all of them with access to the garden or the terrace. There is a big living room with two comfortable sofas and TV from where you can rest enjoying beautiful views through the large windows. The dining area is connected to the living room and it has a big table for summer dinners with friends and family. From the living room you can access an en suite bedroom with double bed and built-in closet. From there you will have access to the porch, the pool area and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with electrical appliances and kitchen utensils. From the living room you will access to a corridor which will take you to three of the bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a trundle bed, one bedroom en suite with double bed and one bedroom with double bed and access to a bathroom (which is shared at the same time). All rooms have built-in closets, and comfortable and modern furniture. The whole house is very well decorated; it has air conditioning, central heating and WIFI. The pool is especially located to be able to enjoy the beautiful landscape while swimming. It is surrounded by a big terrace and a garden. A short drive will take you to Inca, Selva, Campanet or Moscari, where you will be able to find everything you might need: local market, shopping center, bars, restaurants or museums).
