This is a cosy apartment just by the sea in Cala Marçal (Porto Colom). It has 75 m2 and capacity for 4 people. There are 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main bedroom has AC. The bright living room is the perfect place for resting on the comfy sofa, watching satellite TV, surfing the Internet (WIFI) or organizing a meal with your family. You can also go to one of the furnished balconies and enjoy the Mediterranean climate or the incredible views to the sea. The kitchen is well equipped, including microwave and coffee Machine. Porto Colom is a nice seaside town with a traditional fishermen atmosphere. Nearby there are many coves that you can discover! In this area you can also practice golf, cycling or rent a canoe. In the centre of town you will find many services and variety of restaurants and bars. If you look for more leisure offer, you could get to Cala Millor (15 km), where there are safaris for the kids. In addition, just in front of the apartment there is the boat “Starfish” that you can take to explore the island. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
