This apartment complex is situated in a quiet but central part of Puerto del Carmen, only 500 m from the beach and the beach avenue where guests can find a bus stop, restaurants, bars and shops. The complex is only 10 minutes from Lanzarote Airport via taxi. This is a friendly, quiet and basic apartment complex. It consists of 46 units, a reception and a bar. Further facilities include a hotel safe and a bicycle hire service. All apartments are one-bedroom units and are well-appointed and adequately equipped, so guests will lack nothing. The complex has a large outdoor swimming pool with a children's swimming area and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
