The Sands Beach Resort is located in Costa Teguise, on the eastern coast of Lanzarote, only 15 kilometres from the airport. Costa Teguise is a popular resort with lots of excellent restaurants, lively bars and colourful shops. With its unique lagoon and private beach, 13 swimming pools (including 6 kids pools), friendly service and great leisure facilities, the Sands Beach Resort is an ideal choice for a memorable holiday for all ages. Thats why guests return year after year!The resort is divided into 6 different areas or plazas, each with their own pool and separate childrens pool, so there is plenty of opportunity to laze in the sun and watch the kids cool off and splash about in the shallower pool. As well as lively daytime activities organised by the hotel, the more active guest can enjoy tennis, table tennis and aerobics. There is also a gym and a beauty and fitness centre with massages and a range of beauty treatments. For sand-castle building, burying dad in the sand or simply relaxing on the beach, just stroll out to the on-site private beach.The main buffet restaurant offers a great selection of cuisine to suit all tastes, while the Mai-Tai pool-side snack restaurant is an excellent choice for lunch al fresco.
