This elegant apartment block is built around a pool and garden area. It is located just 400mts. from the beach and town center of Denia with its bars, restaurants and shops. Denia is known for the sea and the mountain: on one side are the beaches and the harbor and on the other hand is the Montgo mountain, declared a Natural Park in 1987.
