The apartments are located in the Punta Negra beach, clear water creek, which is "Marine Reserve of Cabo de San Antonio." Along the beach runs a promenade, ideal for a relaxing stroll to the city of Denia, 2.5 km. On your way you will find restaurants to sample the typical cuisine of the area.This property was built in 2009 and consists of 14 apartments. The building has a pool with jacuzzi and parking for one car per apartment.All apartments have three bedrooms, one double bed, one double room and a single room, fitted wardrobes in all rooms. They have two bathrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and cooker, dining room and large covered terrace. They are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, wi-fi and TV.Is also offered a motor boat and golf with additional charges.
