This congenial apartment complex is located in the centre of beautiful well-tended gardens, roughly 150 m away from the beautiful Cala Santandria bay as well as 400 m from the bathing bay of Sa Caleta. Both are easily reached down a flight of steps. It is approximately 2 km to the Ciutadella. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the vicinity. There is a public transport stop around 100 m from the apartments.||The property has a total of 86 apartments. Guests are offered a spacious lobby with lifts, 24 hour reception, a cloakroom, currency exchange, cloak room, reading room, TV room, a shop and Internet access throughout the resort for free. There is also a cosy bar and a restaurant.||The apartments have been tastefully renovated and have their own bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. A separate bedroom, living room, sofa bed, direct dial telephone and free wireless Internet access feature. There is also a 32-inch plasma TV with satellite or cable channels, a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, air conditioning, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.||A freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool, sun loungers and parasols are all located in the outdoor complex. It also offers table tennis and billiards. It has a programme of activities for adults and children on offer.||Guests are offered breakfast and dinner in the form of a buffet. Lunch may also be selected from the à la carte menu. There is also a children's area, Froddy, at the buffet restaurant.
