This attractive apartment complex enjoys a peaceful location just 300 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. It is just a short distance from many shopping and entertainment venues and the nearest bus stop is 300 m away. Addaya harbour is around 2 km away and the stunning lagoon of Fornells is roughly 12 km away. The transfer time to the airport takes around half an hour.||The welcoming complex was renovated in 2003 and features 11 different houses in the form of a small village, surrounded by a garden. Facilities include a self-service laundrette and a car park for those arriving by car.||Each of the tasteful apartments is unique, with 1, 2 or 3 rooms. They include an en suite bathroom, a dining room, a separate bedroom and a separate or American-style kitchenette. In addition to this they include a microwave, a TV and plenty more, as well as a terrace with two hammocks.||In the outdoor complex guests will find a sun terrace with a swimming pool. The nearest golf course (Son Parc) is 6 km away, while the Nautica de Fornells stadium and a diving school are located around 10 km away.
