The Sutimar Residencia is a small and friendly guest house situated close to a beach and beachside promenade and with quick and easy access to the bars, restaurants and cafés in the area. Bulevar de Paguera, one of the most picturesque towns on the coastline, is close by and guests can arrange trips to the mountains of the interior from the help desk in reception. The rooms have coffee-makers and fridges.
Sustainable Tourism Tax is payable in resort from 1st July 2016 up to a maximum of 2 Euros plus VAT per adult per night.
FACILITIES:
Breakfasts consist of international and regional Spanish options served in the hotel's sunny breakfast room. Guests can choose from a range of dining options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel for other meals, and start the day with fresh coffee in their rooms.
The seashore promenade is just a few yards from the front of the hotel and has many options for dining and entertainment. A little farther along the road is Calvia, the main point of departure for mountain excursions. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel free of charge.
