Welcome to this astonishing triplex apartment in Colònia de Sant Jordi, which counts with wonderful views to the sea. It has capacity for 6 people and it is ideal for summer holidays. There are three bedrooms, all of them on the same floor, which is going downstairs from the living room. One of the bedrooms is very spacious; it has a double bed, an en suite bathroom and private furnished terrace. The other two bedrooms are fitted with a double truckle bed each. You have sea views from all the bedrooms. In this floor there is another bathroom with bath. The whole house has air conditioning. The whole apartment is decorated with high end designer furniture. On the main floor there are the kitchen, the living and the dining room. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa where you can relax, surf the internet (WIFI) or watch TV. In the dining room area there is a table and seats for six people, so that you can get together and enjoy your meals. From this room you have access to a big furnished porch, a very nice place to spend your time feeling the breeze from the sea. The kitchen is fitted with everything you could need during your stay: microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, vitro ceramic hob, etc. Obviously there is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The chill-out terrace, which you can access, going upstairs from the living room, is the highlight of the house. Sit on the huge sofas and sunbeds, relax and prepare your beverages on the bar (fridge included) while admiring the astonishing views to the sea. Colònia de Sant Jordi is just 45 km far away from the airport and the beach of Es Trenc, well known for its crystalline waters and white sand, is 8 km from the house. Nearby you will find other beaches like Platja del Dolç, del Port, del Marqués and a lot more! There are boats from Colonia de Sant Jordi to Cabrera Archipelago Maritime-Terrestrial National Park.
