Typical farmhouse for 6 people en quiet situation with salt water pool. The farmhouse Son Barcelo is close to Cas Concos, on the land road Es Carreró Llarg. A small dirt road connects the Farmhouse with the road, which garantices more tranquility. The house is part of a small group of 3 country houses located in a private and peaceful place only 4 minutes drive to the small village Cas Concos that offers local shops, cafeterias and restaurants. The tourist resort Cala D'Or and its beaches are just 15 minutes' away by car. From the entrance you get to the open plan kitchen and the dinning room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with ceramic hob, microwave, and all the modern needs. In the dinning room there's a nice wooden table and also a few rocking chairs. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with a separate shower-room that holds the washing machine. You can reach the first floor with the outside staircase. Here you'll find a spacious double bedroom with en suite shower-room. There is also a spacious covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture from where you can enjoy great panoramic views of the surroundings. The partly covered and furnished terrace is perfect for "al fresco" dinning. The private pool with Roman steps is surounded by a stone terrace. There are sunbeds, a build-in grill and an outside shower. The nice garden and the views of the surrounding landscape makes you forget about all your worries.
