This charming 2 Key property provides comfortable accommodation for couples and families with 80 one bedroom apartments surrounded by tranquil gardens and a sparking swimming pool. The Parque Tropical Apartments provide an excellent base for those wanting everything close at hand including shops, restaurants, bars and water sports.
Location
The Parque Tropical Apartments are perched on a hill just 250 m from the beach in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, on the island paradise of Lanzarote
Accommodation
The Parque Tropical Apartments features 80 one bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to 3 or 4 people. All apartments have either a garden, pool or sea view from terrace or balcony. Each apartment has one double bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a two ring electric hob, ventilator, ridge/freezer, microwave, and toaster, a filter coffee machine and an electronic juicer. Room amenities include hair dryer, telephone, Wi-Fi connection, Satellite TV (extra charge), safe (with fee), and baby cot on request.
Activities
The hotel is a close to a selection of restaurants, shops and bars only a short walk away. Sports, games and activities: Two Eco-Friendly swimming pools are on a split level, one of which is for children, all of which are surrounded by attractive well tended gardens. The pools are heated (23ºC) all year round using solar panels. There are plenty of opportunities for sport activities as well as a pool table and table tennis.
