Overview

Renovated in 2010, this Aparthotel has 142 apartments on 4 floors set in native gardens. In addition to a reception with all services, facilities available to guests at this establishment include lift access and a bar, as well as a restaurant and Internet access in public areas. There is a cellar for storing bicycles and a bike hire service is also offered. Younger guests will be able to let off some steam at the children's playground.

Location

The apartments are located on the top of a hill in the Puerto del Carmen area. It is just 50 metres from the beach of Puerto del Carmen.

Accommodation

In addition to a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, in-room amenities include a satellite/cable TV and a kitchen with a fridge/freezer and tea and coffee making facilities (extra fee). A safety deposit box and a terrace are further standard features of all accommodation units.

Activities

Furthermore, it is just 10 minutes away from Timanfaya National Park and 15 minutes from the idyllic sandy beaches of Papagayo. The island's capital, Arrecife, is some 6 kilometres away, and Lanzarote Airport is approximately 15 kilometres from the establishment.
