This is a small complex in a fantastic location just overlooking the old town harbour area of Puerto del Carmen with amazing sea views over to Fuerteventura. The complex is well looked after and it is located in the old town and within easy walking distance of all resort facilities. It is an ideal location to spend a very relaxing holiday.The complex has several sun terraces overlooking the sea. There is also a small bar on site. The apartments are for adults only. The reception area has WIFI and internet connection. The one bedroom apts have a separate twin bedroom, a living room-dining room area. The kitchen has a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a 4 ring electric cooker. There is also a hairdryer in the bathrooms and all have walk in showers. (The 3rd bed is a with convertible sofa-bed ). The apartment have either a balcony-terrace. Each apartment has a fan (free of charge). Within the complex there are laundry facilites- Local charge applied.
