The complex is situated on the edge of a forest, approximately 500 m from the beach. Entertainment venues and links to the public transport network lie about 1.5 km away. Comprising a total of 29 studios and 2 apartments, the complex is spread over 2 floors. Guests may make use of the air-conditioned foyer with a safe, a currency exchange counter, a café, a small supermarket and a bar as well as a terrace and a children's playground. Room and medical services are further features that can be taken advantage of by guests, as may a bicycle hire service (for an additional fee). The studios and apartments come with a bathroom, a kitchen with fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities and a terrace. Also featuring within the accommodation are individually regulated air conditioning and a hire safe. In addition to this, the apartments include a separate bedroom and a combined living room/bedroom. The outdoor complex offers a swimming pool as well as a children's paddling area with sun loungers and parasols. The nearest golf course is 25 km away.
