The complex is built with just one , 8 floor building, in the form of steps. There is a large entrance hall with reception and 2 lifts, passageways are wide, enabling easy access. There is a swimming pool with childrens area, solarium, pool side snack bar, restaurant, laundry and supermarket. There is an activities program for all ages, 5 times a week, including pool games, ping pong, billiards and shows.
