Beautiful, comfortable, simple small apartment house "Renovated Bungalow Sonnenland 6". House Equipment: air conditioning, solarium, washing machine (shared use). Access & Parking: no parking possible. Situation: quiet, busy, sunny position. Surroundings of the house: garden (shared use), swimming pool (shared use), barbecue (shared use). The barbecue area, to be shared, must be reserved the hours of use and has a cost of € 40 / day + deposit.
