The cancellation of this concession only affects the area comprising the lagoon shaped pool, the garden surrounding the pool, the children´s play area, and the tennis and paddle tennis courts. Consequently, the Hotel must return the affected area and hand it over back to Marbella?s local government. The exact handover date has not been set yet, although it is expected to take place on the 1st week of April 2018. We are now trying to postpone the handover date as much as possible, but we are aware that our petitions are not likely to succeed in the long run. In view of the above and taking into account the contract for accommodation services currently in force given that the cancellation of the aforementioned administrative concession will entail a modification in the structure and in the common areas of the hotel as of April 2018.In any case, it can be assured that the hotel is working intensively with the objective of continuing to provide the same services and to mitigate the impact of the cancellation of the concession. In this sense, the Hotel will continue to offer its clients garden areas, swimming pools and sun and bath facilities. In addition, due to these new circumstances, the hotel has decided to reorganize the facilities in order to build new landscaped areas and sun installations. These new facilities will be located where the padel and tennis courts are currently located.
