Located in an exclusive residential area, this luxury apartment complex is surrounded by magnificent gardens and only a few steps from the beach. There are links to the public transport network some 50 metres from the hotel and the centre of Marbella is about a 10-minute drive away. Malaga, its train station and the Picasso Museum are all around 45 minutes by car, Nerja caves are roughly 15 minutes? drive and the Sierra Nevada ski area is around a 90-minute drive. The apartment hotel was built in 2009. The hotel has 30 apartments in which guests can feel at home. Most of the storeys can be reached by lift. Services and facilities at the hotel include a restaurant and a bar. Wireless internet access in public areas allows travellers to stay connected. There is also a garden. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the accommodation.
