Small, beautiful, cosy farmhouse "Ta' Kikka". House Equipment: wood firing, washing machine (private use). Access & Parking: parking by the house. Situation: on the outskirts of Ix-Xag¿ra, quiet position. Surroundings of the house: swimming pool (private use, length 2 m x width 2 m, open from 01.04. untill 30 .09.).
