DAY ONE – Travel to Lapland and begin your adventure!
Upon arrival at Rovaniemi Airport – the official airport of Santa Claus – you’ll be warmly greeted by our guides, who will assist you in the quest to find Santa himself.
After collecting your specially provided thermal clothing, the winter adventure begins!
We will kick things off with a scenic 30-minute snowmobile safari through the enchanting, snow-covered forests. Adults will ride in pairs on snowmobiles, while children will enjoy the journey in sledges, pulled by the snowmobiles.
Following a day filled with excitement, you will return to the comfort of your hotel, where you can unwind and enjoy a delicious buffet dinner (not included in Scandic City Hotel).
DAY TWO – Meet Santa Claus, his reindeer and more!
After breakfast, you will be collected by our guides at your hotel.
This morning we set off to explore Santa’s Secret Forest and find Santa himself. We will enjoy a walk in the magical forest, hot drinks by the open fireplace, Gingerbread Masterclass and a Private meeting with Santa Claus where everyone will receive a present. You will also enjoy a wonderful reindeer ride.
In the afternoon, we travel underneath the Arctic Circle, deep beneath the ground, where we find Santa’s secret cavern in SantaPark! Hop on the Magic Train and travel through enchanting worlds, earn your very own diploma at the Elf School, cross the Arctic Circle underground and enter the cool realm of the Ice Princess, Afterwards, we return to our accommodation.
Dinner in your hotel is included in the evening.
DAY THREE – A full day of excitement and snow fun
After breakfast, we set off for a day of snow adventure and fun. Experience the thrill of a traditional husky sleigh ride through the breath-taking Arctic wilderness! After a warm welcome from the enthusiastic huskies, you will set off on an unforgettable journey, gliding through snowy forests. With the crisp air on your cheeks and the sound of paws padding through the snow, this is a truly magical way to discover the beauty of Lapland. Whether you're snuggled in the sled or trying your hand at mushing, a husky ride is sure to be a highlight of your Rovaniemi adventure.
DAY FOUR – Your final day of snow fun and then homeward bound
After breakfast, enjoy some snow fun with your family at the hotel. We will check out of our hotels and head to the magical Santa Claus Village, located right on the Arctic Circle. There, you will have time to explore the charming souvenir shops—perfect for picking up momentos to take home. You will also have the opportunity to write and send letters or postcards from Santa’s Official Post Office, a truly special way to share the magic with loved ones. In the evening, you will be transferred back to the airport for your return flight home. Your activities and visits may differ depending on your travel dates.
