The concert –what to expect
Most concert goers will descend into the city an hour before the show begins.
Our shuttle bus leaves at 7.30pm from the Garner Hotel Maastricht and drops the group at the town hall which is only a 5 minute walk (10 in heels) from the concert. The bus remains at the same location for pick up back to the hotel after the concert.
If you are staying in the city centre hotels, you can simply walk straight to the concert location.
Once inside the grounds of the concert there are several stalls and vendor’s. A majority of these will only accept cash so please remember this if you wish to purchase refreshments or programmes before the concert.
The concert is fully seated, with large viewing screens either side of the main stage.
The concert begins at 9pm sharp! and ends at approx. 11.45pm.
It really is an experience of a lifetime, all the songs tell a story and lift your spirt right up into the skies above in Maastricht. Prepare to be astounded!

Day 1 – 11 July – Arrival in Belgium & Transfer to Bruges
On arrival in Brussels, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide and transferred to Bruges. Settle into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure in this beautiful medieval city, often referred to as the “Venice of the North.”
Day 2 – 12 July – Guided Tour of Bruges & Ghent
This morning, discover the enchanting city of Bruges with its cobbled streets, canals and picturesque squares. Highlights include the Market Square, the Church of Our Lady and a scenic boat trip along the waterways.
In the afternoon, continue to Ghent, Belgium’s “best-kept secret.” Explore its medieval skyline, the Castle of the Counts, St. Michael’s Bridge and charming streets filled with history and atmosphere.
Day 3 – 13 July – Free Time in Bruges
Enjoy a full day at leisure to soak up the beauty of Bruges at your own pace. Wander through museums, enjoy Belgian chocolates and lace shops, or simply relax beside the canals.
Day 4 – 14 July – Transfer to Maastricht
After breakfast, depart Bruges and travel to Maastricht. On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day exploring this vibrant city at leisure.
Day 5 – 15 July – Guided Tour of Maastricht
Today, enjoy a guided walking tour through Maastricht’s old and new quarters. Discover its rich history, romantic squares and striking architecture before spending the evening at leisure.
Day 6 – 16 July – Free Time & André Rieu Concert
Spend the morning and afternoon at your own pace. In the evening, experience the highlight of your journey – André Rieu live in concert in the magical Vrijthof Square. Enjoy an unforgettable evening of music, song and celebration in his hometown.
Day 7 – 17 July – Return Home
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight home, bringing with you wonderful memories of music, culture and charming Belgian and Dutch cities.
The price for this travel package is from €1,399 per person* sharing in the Garner Hotel.

A single supplement is applicable if you are travelling alone with prices varying depending on departure date.
A non-refundable deposit of €500 per person is due at time of booking, plus any optional supplements. The balance is due 12 weeks prior to travel.
