Welcome to this apartment for 6 people, located in front of the sea in Puerto de Alcudia. The exteriors are wonderful, with large garden, a fully equipped porch and the direct access to the beach. The apartment with 80 m2 is located on a ground floor (with some stairs). It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk bed. They all have air conditioning. One cot and a high chair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower and one with bathtub. The living room is very cozy and well furnished. There are two sofas, a coffee table, TV-Sat and air conditioning. There is no dining room, but you can find one folding table and chairs. The independent kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The apartment counts with oil central heating. The apartment is very well located, is situated in front of the sea and in the area you will find all the necessary services: bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, sports center, pharmacies, banks, beach, etc. The bus runs every 15 minutes towards the town of Can Picafort, Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and in other directions as Palma. The beach of fine sand, is just 10 meters away. This is perfect for babies and children as the depth decreases very gradually and children can enjoy the waves and swim quietly. From Pt. Alcudia is very easy to drive to other worthwhile beaches, such as Cap de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina or Platges de Muro. You will like the old town of Alcudia, with its cobbled streets, the old church and the antique walls. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcudia and the town becomes a bustling, lively place. Do not forget to visit the Roman ruins, where you can see a beautiful amphitheater. NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use.
