Welcome to this beautiful apartment, for 2 people (plus 2 extra), with magnificent sea views situated in Cala Llamp. The exteriors are unique because of its splendid views. There is a communal chlorinated swimming pool of 8 x 4 m (with 1.2 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.8 m at the deep end), overlooking Cala Llamp. There is a fully furnished private terrace overlooking the pool and the entire bay. This 40 m2 apartment, located on a first floor without lift, has a double bedroom, which has no window, but a door connecting to the laundry room. A cot is made available if needed. The two extra places are accommodated on the sofa-bed in the living-dining room. There is a bathroom with shower that serves the entire apartment. The living-dining room has a sofa, a dining table with some chairs, satellite TV and fabulous views. The fitted kitchen includes a glass-ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for cooking without a problem. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In Cala Llamp you can visit the Gran Folies Beach Club, located on a corner of the south coast of Mallorca that still retains the typical essence of the island. Gran Folies Beach Club is a bar-restaurant that allows you to enjoy an excellent location outdoors. Both the bar and the restaurant have been built into the rocks, which have acquired their shape due to the movement and erosion of the sea. It is the perfect place to spend a full day getting away from your daily routine, or celebrating any event. The port of Andratx is just 3 km away, and there you will find all kinds of tourist attractions and services. There you can practise water sports such as sailing, canoeing, etc. For golf lovers, you will have access to a golf club in Andratx, located just 7 km away. The area is surrounded by various coves like Cala Racó, Cala Marmassen, Cala de s'Aritja, and different beaches.
