Las Marismas de Corralejo are located in Corralejo, on the north coast of Fuerteventura. Once a fishing village, Corralejo is today surrounded by beautiful beaches and sand dunes and, as one of the most popular resorts on the island, it has many bars, restaurants and shops. It is a haven not only for beach-lovers but also for watersports enthusiasts, with surfing and wind-surfing being especially popular. Las Marismas apartments are just 800 metres from the beach and only 400 metres from the resort centre. Opposite the complex is the Aqua Park, which is a great favourite with families. These modern apartments have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere which, together with the high standard of accommodation and extensive leisure facilities, attracts couples and families back year after year.The impressive pool area is made up of two pools surrounded by sun-terraces dotted with shady palm trees. Guests can laze around the pool or enjoy the many leisure facilities which include tennis, squash, mini-golf, table tennis, basketball, football and aerobics.Las Marismas is ideal for families as children can safely splash away in the heated childrens pool, run around in the playground and have hours of fun in the mini-club. During the day the pool bar serves drinks and hot and cold dishes, while in the evening, the buffet restaurant offers a wide selection of Canarian specialities and international cuisine. A relaxing cocktail in the bar is a great way to end an active, sun-filled day.Las Marismas de Corralejo proudly supports local ecological projects. For a small deposit, clients have at their disposal a pool towel throughout their stay. To change the old pool towel for a clean one, clients are then charged a small sum of 1EUR, 50% of which goes to the Voluntary Environmental Association in Fuerteventura, which supports the reintroduction of turtles on the island, among other projects.Please note that some facilities may incur extra local charges.
